The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing Science and Technology Award is one of the most authoritative science and technology awards in China's logistics and supply chain sector, established with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology. It represents the highest level of technological innovation in the industry. This honor signifies that China's technological achievements in bridge rapid demolition and reconstruction have received high recognition from industry associations, setting a new benchmark for technological upgrades in transportation infrastructure construction.
Breakthroughs in key technologies
To address the industry pain points of "high traffic impact, high safety risk and low efficiency" in the demolition of traditional Bridges, Yongjie team innovatively developed the technical system of "SPMT module vehicle overall carrying + diamond rope saw precision cutting", filling the gap of domestic equipment removal of Bridges over 1000 tons. The core breakthroughs include:
• High precision control: the synchronous error of hydraulic lifting system is less than 3mm, and the intelligent correction of rotation is less than 0.5°, so as to realize accurate transfer of complex paths;
• Full-dimensional security guarantee: the anti-slip device resists 51.2tslip force, and the multi-dimensional real-time monitoring system responds to faults within 10 minutes, reducing the risk rate to 0.3 times/hour;
• Green and efficient process: through wet cutting technology, dust emission is reduced by 80%, noise control is less than or equal to 70dB, and the efficiency is increased by three times compared with traditional block demolition.
This technology has been successfully implemented in multiple key projects including the Heliye Expressway, Kaiyang Expressway, Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, Guang'ao Expressway, and the ramp bridge at Shantou High-Speed Railway Station. It has reduced bridge demolition traffic closure time by 90% while boosting the localization rate of SPMT equipment from 30% to 70%. The related technologies have been incorporated into the revised "Technical Specifications for Highway Bridge Demolition", establishing replicable industry standards with significant economic and social benefits.
