In the midst of midsummer, we gather our strength and set sail for new horizons! From June 13 to 15,2025, members of Yongjie Equipment traveled to Jixi, Anhui, for a three-day 'Review, Gather Strength, Expand New Horizons; United Efforts Lead to a Bright Future' semi-annual summary conference and team-building journey. This event serves as both a strategic recalibration and a deep integration of team energy.
01 Review the direction of tomorrow
On the afternoon of June 13,2025, a grand semi-annual summary conference was held in Jixi. Department heads focused on six key areas: summarizing, analyzing, tackling challenges, empowering, offering suggestions, and envisioning the future. They used data as a tool and problems as a mirror to conduct a thorough review and forward-looking deployment. At the report session, they directly addressed shortcomings, took decisive actions, and demonstrated a strong resolve to overcome obstacles.
Mr.Huang Jieping, the general manager, made accurate comments and high-dimensional guidance after each person's report. While affirming the highlights of the first half of the year, he hit the pain points directly, drew out the key path for the work in the second half of the year and defined the direction of breakthrough:
First, we need to strengthen the building of a talented team, establish and improve mechanisms for evaluating, selecting, training and motivating talents, and build strong teams.
Second, the safety department and the transportation department must work together to eliminate the mentality of taking chances and formal management, and effectively promote the implementation of safety responsibilities, the resolution of risks and hidden dangers, and the improvement of supervision efficiency at the front line.
Third, we should focus on the high-end leadership of technology and intelligence, do a good job in team coordination and planning, efficiently integrate internal and external resources, and carefully build a "technology puzzle" with professional complementarity and efficient collaboration.
Fourth, we need to deepen the cross-departmental coordination mechanism, smooth information transmission channels, actively overcome bottlenecks in core links, and ensure that professional issues are responded to "zero time difference".
Mr.Huang stressed, "The market is like a battlefield. Only by reviewing the gains and losses and gathering strength with precise strategies can we win the initiative in the final battle and win the future." The three-hour meeting made plans and moved forward, and consensus was formed, laying a solid strategic foundation for the decisive victory of the annual target.

On June 14, the team stepped into the land of Huizhou, where it was drizzling. The bluish stone road was shining with a faint light after being washed by rain, and the mountains and waters were shrouded in misty haze. A natural ink painting of "smoky Huizhou" slowly unfolded.
I explore the Long River in the rain
In the morning, we entered the ancient Huizhou-style village —— Longchuan Scenic Area. Stepping over the bluish-green stone slabs, we walked through the quiet, rain-drenched ancient alleys. The solemnity of the Hu Clan Ancestral Hall and the gentle tapping of raindrops on the stone slabs seemed to whisper the weight of history. The winding water street became even more lively in the rain, with the sound of trickling water and the sound of rain intertwining, telling the story of the wisdom and resilience of the Huizhou ancestors who were merchants and scholars. This spiritual strength that transcends time and space, in the misty rain, increasingly inspires the team to broaden their horizons and forge ahead with an indomitable will, opening up new market opportunities.
Sailing in the mist over Xin 'an
In the afternoon, we boarded a cruise ship and sailed into the vast and misty New An River Scenic Area. The green mountains on both banks were faintly visible through the rain and mist, their layers of green like a painting, the clear water winding like a ribbon, and villages with white walls and black tiles dotted throughout, resembling a giant ink scroll that flows and is soaked in the rain. As we cruised along the river, a gentle breeze carrying moist water vapor brushed against our faces. The team members refreshed their spirits and relaxed their minds amidst the misty and majestic landscapes. In this natural harmony, inclusiveness, and hazy beauty, they deeply understood the true essence of teamwork—standing together in the face of challenges—and the profound significance of being brave enough to stand at the forefront and unafraid of the storms.
Wisdom "breaks" friendship
After enjoying authentic Huizhou cuisine and the charm of Huangmei Opera, a lively and friendly 'Card Playing' match kicked off. On the small card table, partners strategized and played in perfect harmony, their camaraderie deepened amidst laughter. The clash of wits strengthened teamwork, and in the end, the 'ace pair' clinched the championship.
Gather momentum and plan for the long term, win the final battle
The three-day journey to Jixi has come to a successful conclusion, and the Yongjie team returned home with fruitful ideas and energy to unite hearts. This in-depth journey, which integrates "strategic calibration, trust casting, and cultural immersion", has become the energy engine for Yongjie people to win in 2025!
