Assisted the successful final assembly of the 3,500-ton full-swing offshore crane

The main lifting equipment installed on the piling ship - full swing marine crane (referred to as: marine crane), adopts advanced PLC intelligent control system, with "large lifting capacity, strong wind resistance, intelligent and efficient, convenient operation, safe and reliable" and other advantages, mainly suitable for offshore wind power lifting and other cargo loading and unloading operations.

Since March, in order to make the new generation of 3,500 tons of full-swing offshore cranes successfully complete the final assembly, Yongjie SPMT professional team has successfully completed the transfer of super large structural parts such as slewing platform, H25014 chassis, boom, A-frame and other super-large structural parts after several days of hard work on March 1-3, 16-18, 20-22, etc., laying a solid foundation for the smooth assembly of 3,500-ton full-swing offshore cranes. 
        During the implementation of the project, there were difficult situations such as tight time, heavy tasks, and bad weather, but with a high degree of tacit cooperation, superb professional skills and rich project experience, the Yongjie SPMT team successfully completed the 1750-ton platform rotation, 121-meter-long boom transfer and other difficult operations.

In this transfer work, SPMT vehicles adopt electronically controlled static pressure drive system, electronically synchronous control hydraulic lifting system suspension, all-wheel independent steering, frame hydraulic leveling and four-point support and other technologies, under the condition of ensuring safety, to realize the carpooling intermodal load function, and drive, lift, steering and other system functions are controlled by CAN bus connection microprocessor unit. It provides convenient and efficient services for the smooth assembly of 3500 tons of full-swing offshore crane.
