CGN Shanwei Jiazi Offshore Wind Farm Project (Phase I and Phase II) is the first 500KV offshore wind power project in China, which can meet the power transmission needs of Shanwei Jiazi Offshore Wind Farm Project after completion, and set an industry benchmark for the construction of affordable offshore wind power projects in China. Following the smooth ro-ro installation of the Shanwei Jiazi Yihai Rising Pressure Station carried by Jiangsu Yongjie, it has been highly affirmed and recognized by the owner. Recently, Shanwei Jiazi Erhai Rising Pressure Station has factory conditions, and with the affirmation and recognition of the owner, on August 2, Jiangsu Yongjie ushered in the Ro-Ro operation of Shanwei Jiazi Erhai Rising Pressure Station.
The overall dimensions of the upper block of the sea rising pressure station are: 39.5 meters× 38.7 meters× 24.6 meters, and the total transportation weight is 3531 tons. In order to ensure the smooth delivery and delivery of the Jiazi Erhai Rising Pressure Station, during the RoRo period, the Yongjie Engineering Project Team actively participated in the pre-operation coordination, analyzed and planned important matters such as the stern dock, the safety of the Ro-Ro line, the attitude adjustment of the Ro-Ro ballast tank, and the Ro-Ro time node, and issued relevant safety emergency safeguard measures. Before the ro-ro operation, the Yongjie team insisted on daily inspection of vehicles and pre-shift meetings to ensure the smooth ro-ro of the project. Under the control and guidance of the company's professional and technical team, the obstacles such as small pile spacing, small spacing on both sides of the pile leg pad pier and small spacing between vehicles in the ro-ro operation of the project were solved, and finally the ro-ro installation was successfully completed in about 1 hour, which was fully recognized by the owner.
