Jiangsu Yongjie Another Sea Rising Pressure Station Project Perfect Ro-Ro

In order to promote cutting-edge technological innovation, accelerate energy transformation, ensure energy security, and actively respond to President Xi's "30·60" carbon peak and carbon neutrality plan, on April 22, Jiangsu Yongjie's wind power subsidy parity era, the first domestic marine rising pressure station project - Shanwei Jiaziyi successfully completed the ro-ro operation.

The ro-ro operation site of the sea rising pressure station project is the wharf in the Changfeng Farm in Tongzhou Bay, Nantong. The overall dimensions of the upper block of the sea rising pressure station are 40.3 meters× 39.7 meters × 24.8 meters, and the total weight is 3810 tons.
       In order to ensure the smooth progress of this operation, Jiangsu Yongjie set up a special work leading group and formulated a ro-ro operation plan, making important plans for transportation routes, ship positioning, ro-ro process, safety assurance, etc.
       In the intensive preparation and professional planning of the SPMT team, the operation began to be ro-ro on the ship at 24:00 on the 21st, of which the ro-ro operation used 130 axes and 5PPU, and it took only 1.5 hours to successfully load the upper block of the marine rising pressure station with a total weight of 3,810 tons onto the ship and successfully land. It provides a strong guarantee for the next step of hoisting and installation.

The smooth ro-ro installation of the Shanwei Jiaziyi Yihai Rising Pressure Station Project lays the foundation for the early grid connection of offshore wind farms, which is of great significance to environmental protection, industrial upgrading and regional economic development.
