Recently, the last three sets of equipment of the Qingzhou 42 tender carried by Jiangsu Yongjie were successfully ro-ro on board in Zhoushan, and this delivery marked the completion of the transportation task of 12 sets of jackets for Qingzhou 42 offshore wind power carried by Jiangsu Yongjie.

Among them, the last set of "wind turbine foundation jacket + cage" integration equipment MyAC-JS05 is the world's first typhoon fishery integration equipment, and is expected to be put into operation in late July, the first "offshore wind power + marine ranching + seawater hydrogen production" integration project in China - Mingyang Yangjiang Qingzhou Four Offshore Wind Farm Project.

MyAC-JS05 is the first in the world to achieve the deep integration of "fan jacket foundation + breeding cage", the equipment with the fan jacket as the support platform, although the height is the same as the ordinary jacket, but the weight is more than 200 tons higher than the ordinary jacket, SPMT cloth car, ro-ro on the ship are put forward higher requirements. Jiangsu Yongjie overcame the small space of SPMT layout and the limited passage conditions on board, and finally successfully ro-rode on the ship by using Yongjie's patented tooling and increasing the pressure value, strictly controlling the ballast water of the ship and combining the tide changes. It shows Jiangsu Yongjie's excellent technical ability and sophisticated equipment strength.

It is understood that MyAC-JS05 is equipped with a aquaculture water body of about 5,000 cubic meters, which can raise about 150,000 grouper and other high-quality fish fingerlings. The equipment adopts a typhoon-resistant design and can withstand a typhoon of 16 magnitude, ensuring the safety and reliability of wind power generation and deep-sea aquaculture, and realizing the deep integration of offshore wind power and marine ranching.

The successful operation of 12 sets of jackets for Qingzhou 42 standard offshore wind power once again demonstrates the strong strength of Jiangsu Yongjie in the field of oversized equipment transportation.
