As a leader in China's heavy engineering equipment transportation industry, Jiangsu Yongjie has been actively assisting the construction of offshore wind power projects. Recently, our company has successfully completed the integrated transportation of the upper module vehicle and ship of the sea rising pressure station of the Mingyang Yangjiang Qingzhou Four Offshore Wind Farm Project, which provides a solid guarantee for the grid-connected power generation of offshore wind farms.
Project background: Qingzhou IV offshore rising pressure station is an important part of Mingyang Qingzhou 4 500MW project, the project is located in the sea near Shacho Town, Yangxi County, Yangjiang City, the site covers an area of 73.69 square kilometers, is currently the largest single capacity and the longest wind turbine diameter offshore wind farm among domestic offshore wind power generation models. After the completion of the project, it can provide about 1.83 billion kilowatt-hours of clean energy power generation per year, save 570,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.4 million tons.
The upper module of the marine rising pressure station transported this time is 46.1 meters long, 44.1 meters wide and 28 meters high, weighing 3,650 tons, and the number of SPMT has been put into account. As the EPC general contractor of the integrated transportation of the project, Jiangsu Yongjie set up a professional technical team to coordinate the planning of the weighing of the booster station, transportation tooling design, on-site transportation, dock ro-ro, lashing, transportation and other links to ensure the safe and orderly progress of each link.行。
Due to the tight construction period, heavy tasks, large weight of the booster station, and large tidal difference in Xiamen Port, the requirements for the loading performance of the ship are extremely high, and it is necessary to strictly control the ballast water of the ship and combine the tidal water changes during the ro-ro loading process, and the technical team follows up the operation process throughout the process to ensure that all links are implemented in accordance with the predetermined plan, and with the efforts of many parties, it takes only about an hour to successfully load the ro-ro to the scheduled position of the barge. The whole operation process highlights the strong strength of Jiangsu Yongjie's large-scale equipment transportation, which has been highly praised by the owner, adding another strong stroke to the company's offshore wind power blueprint.
