1. Break through the bottleneck of project construction and promote project construction efficiently;
This project is the operation process of jacking, reverse transportation and ro-ro loading of the reboiler of the residual liquid tower, because the total length of this reboiler is 30 meters, width 23 meters, height 33 meters, weight of 2000 tons, the transportation difficulty lies in the high center of gravity, large width, which puts forward higher requirements for our transportation strength. 2.2 Physical module stability study
The SPMT special transport tool for physical modules is carefully analyzed, and the module transportation requirements are adapted to the settings of the vehicle group, such as the three-point support and four-point support of the vehicle group, and the stability angle of the module is calculated. The stability analysis of the loaded module was carried out, on-site exploration was carried out, the driving route of the vehicle group was determined, and the road surface load capacity was calculated. The ro-ro vessel is in place, arranged in a "T" shape with the dock, and is close to the fixed to adjust the height and posture of the ship. Select the RoRo springboard and check its load capacity before RoRo.
2.3 Physical module passability research
The passability of physical module site transportation was studied, including site bearing calculation, CAD rapid simulation transportation method, springboard bearing calculation, ro-ro process classification and pier positioning, which is of great significance to the formulation of pre-transportation plan. 3.
