On April 9, 2020, our company successfully completed the first batch of transportation projects for the reconstruction and expansion of the Kaiyang high-speed cross-line flyover of the 12th Bureau of China Railway.

The structural form of the new bridge adopts steel-concrete composite beam, the total weight of the single-span girder is about 697 tons, the largest transfer path of nearly 600M (the single span of the new bridge module vehicle is invested in 20 axles), and the maximum erection height is 13M.
This transportation needs to successfully complete the transfer of the old bridge and the new bridge to the designated site within the scheduled time, which fully reflects the technical sophistication of our company and the professional level of personnel operation. The successful completion of the first batch of demolition and construction projects has accumulated useful experience and laid a good foundation for the subsequent project development.
On April 15, 2020, the No. 5 flyover of Kaiyang Expressway reconstruction and expansion was successfully demolished.
The reconstruction and expansion project of Kaiyang Expressway is divided into 5 batches, with a total of 13 flyovers demolished and 10 new overpasses. This is the first time that the intelligent transfer technology of modular vehicles is used, which is more efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional bridge demolition, and solves the inconvenience of long-term high-speed road closure.
