After the study of various ways and solutions of the government department, it was finally decided to use SPMT rapid construction technology, a transportation scheme with innovative technology, to realize the rapid demolition and construction of high-speed bridges!
Our company organized the SPMT project team to arrive at the Kaiyang high-speed operation site on April 1, 2020, and completed the vehicle personnel exit on April 30, and the on-site operation lasted for a whole month. General Manager Huang Jieping of this project company also attached great importance to it, personally led the project team from the early planning to the actual operation in the later stage, completed the seamless connection with the Wuhan Second Airlines project team, fully applied the SPMT rapid construction technology, and completed the rapid demolition and construction project of the cross-line bridge group in the Kaiyang section of Shenhai Expressway in 3 hours, contributing to the smooth flow of the national artery!
The rapid replacement project of the bridge implements the displacement and demolition of the entire span bridge and the erection and installation of the new bridge, which is the first in China to adopt the SPMT module intelligent transfer technology, realizing the demolition of large-scale highway cross-line bridge groups, and the synchronous construction of the same span new bridge, creating a new mode of rapid replacement of road bridges. It not only shortens the construction and traffic closure time, but also effectively reduces environmental and noise pollution, and provides new innovative ideas and technical support for the country's transportation construction, with a wide range of application prospects.
