2. Strong learning ability, proficient in CAD and 3D drafting software, with relevant drafting experience. Candidates skilled in steel structure modeling software (e.g., Tekla) and finite element analysis software (e.g., StaadPro) will be given priority.

3. Experience in large logistics transportation is required, with preference given to those familiar with SPMT.
