Setting a World Record| Yongjie Equipment Completed the First

On September 10, 2024, Yongjie Equipment successfully completed the on-site transfer task of the first 80-meter-span precast box girder of Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Railway Bridge, the longest high-speed railway bridge in the world, creating a new record for SPMT transportation of precast concrete box girders with the largest span and heaviest weight in railway bridges in the world.

The 80-meter-span precast beam weighs 2804 tons, is 78.2 meters long and 5.5 meters high, and is about 2.4 times longer than the conventional 32-meter precast box beam. It is known as the new generation of "King of the World". In the field of large-scale sea-crossing projects, the length of "Liangwang" not only exceeds the prefabricated box girders of the completed East China Sea Bridge, Hangzhou Bay Sea-crossing Bridge and Zhoushan Main Passage, but also surpasses major projects such as the Xintuo Strait Bridge and Hong Kong Tseung Kwan O Bridge under construction. For prestressed concrete beam transfer from precast pedestal to beam pedestal, how to transfer is also a difficult problem in the world when the transportation distance is long and the central passage is narrow.

Innovative R & D to solve difficult problems

New challenges, new methods. Considering that the existing box girder transportation equipment at home and abroad can not meet the transportation requirements of "Liang Wang", Yongjie equipment has developed the first batch of 60-ton axle-loaded automatic cruise module vehicles in China, equipped with high-synchronization external boxes and intelligent magnetic navigation systems, with synchronous lifting accuracy of 1.5 mm and performance indicators reaching the international leading level.


In order to fully prepare for the transfer of "Liang Wang", the project team conducted multiple simulations and force analysis, designed the load sharing beam device to make the vehicle more uniform, and adopted the PPU vehicle plate stacking scheme to ensure more flexible operation in narrow sites, more stable operation and higher efficiency.

During the transfer process, the project team strictly monitored the stress distribution generated by the box girder at different stages in strict accordance with the previously formulated scheme, and refined the lifting or lowering pressure of the train group each time during the lifting and lowering of the box girder. After turning 90 degrees in situ, translating 600 meters laterally and rotating 90 degrees to reduce the height, the "Liang Wang" accurately landed on the beam storage pedestal, and the project was successfully completed.
