As the primary responsible person, the project leader should accurately analyze the potential safety risks of the project, strengthen prevention and control measures, form an effective discovery, rectification and feedback mechanism, ensure that the safety work is implemented, see the actual results, and build a solid safety barrier. Fourth, strengthen the intensity of safety inspection, the implementation of the reward and punishment system.
