Hunan for the first time! It only took 4 hours to complete the demolition of the Shanghai-Kunming expressway bridge

On December 6th, Yongjie Bridge, yongjie Bridge, a subsidiary of Yongjie Equipment, successfully completed the demolition of a 45-meter-long bridge weighing about 440-ton bridge with SPMT module car, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up project.

This is the first time in Hunan province using this technology, is also the province's first across high speed large bridge one-time overall mobile demolition project, from bridge cutting to beam plate from the whole process in only 4 hours, than traditional blasting method save 90% of the time, the traffic only 2 times, only 20 minutes each time, on the premise of ensuring safety, minimize traffic and environmental impact, save engineering cost.

The demolition construction of the bridge needs to operate in the existing high-speed main line, and the safety risk of the road construction is large. The synchronous jacking, steering and driving of the multi-axis module vehicle group are the key points and difficulties in the process of removal. Under the control of a remote control, two groups of module vehicles carry the carrier support to the bottom of the main span of the bridge. After accurate positioning, the height of the module vehicle is gradually adjusted and the main girder body of the jacking bridge is loaded to raise the beam body by 20 cm, realizing the complete separation of the beam body and the bridge bracket. The module car then carries the beam body straight 12 meters, oblique 45 meters, the wheels directly turn 90 degrees, driving to the beam storage field beside the highway to unload the beam body.

The successful removal of the cross-line bridge by using SPMT module vehicle technology has great potential economic and social benefits, which fully proves our complete technical system and operation level.
