Recently, Jiangsu Yongjie gave full play to its excellent technical and experience advantages to safely and successfully complete the operation of JU2000E jack-up drilling platform, which effectively guaranteed the project period and won the praise of customers.
After the overall dismantling of the JU2000E drilling platform cantilever & drilling package in 2021, SPMT module is used to assemble the overall installation from the rear area to the front of the wharf. The total weight of the equipment is about 3,400 tons, and the SPMT module vehicle back-installation cantilever beam & drill has technical problems such as high center of gravity, high docking accuracy, high walking straightness, and very precise distance control.
In order to ensure that the overall reloading of the cantilever & drilling package was safe, the project team deepened the innovation and breakthrough on the basis of the previous demolition and transportation project, repeatedly rehearsed the distance of each process stage to ensure that the reloading distance was sufficient and reserved a certain amount of safety surplus. At the same time, the load pressure of the SPMT module vehicle changes constantly during the reloading of the cantilever & drilling package, so a special monitoring system is adopted to monitor the axis pressure change in real time and adjust it in time.
At night, the project site is brightly lit, and the cantilever & drilling package enters the critical moment. The distance between the SPMT axis car has reached the extreme position of the steps. The whole installation process is a very severe test for the technical indicators of the SPMT axis car and the operation skills of all the operators. All the people in the team were in high spirits, performing their own duties, monitored the pressure situation and adjusted it in real time, and only took about 2 hours to perfectly complete the overall reassembly of the cantilever & drilling package.
